Hey,

I have had this problem for a long time.
When I turn my computer on, I have to be lucky that it isn't in 50% CPU Usage mode. Most of the times when I turn my computer on the cpu usage is showing 50% on idle. Everything is lag, even surfing on the internet. And then I have to be lucky and restart my computer to make it normal again, to 0% CPU usage, I have reinstalled windows like 3 times, same result.
I can't remember anymore what programe I started, but it has the name explorer in it, it said that it was hardware interrupts that is causing the 50% cpu usage, but nothing more.

Here are my systemspecs:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz Northwood 478 Socket.
Motherboard : MSI MS-7042.
Videocard : ASUS V9999TD, also known as nvidia 6800.
Ram: 1 GB PC2700 333 Mhz Ram.
HD: Seagate 7200 RPM 200 GB.
Soundcard : Soundblaster Audigy 4.

Thanks.

Please scan your machine for spyware, virus or Malware using AVG antivirus.

Perform the entire scan, then install HighJackThis...

Scan the machine with the HTJ(^) and post the log here.

When it is working in 50% CPU mode? Or when it is working normal? (0%)

I have 0 virusses nor other things, that AVG Antivirus stated.
Here is my HiJackThis File.

Ok...

Lets run Memtest to see if its going out.

[Edit]

The one thing I can't wrap my mind around, is why it's only "sometimes" that the machine runs on 50%... Still thinking.
