4-Pin PSU / Motherboard Problems

Yes, I am trying to find the layout for the pinout. (cannot find any! Please help) I found that the motherboard is from a Dell 4700c. And something else: The stock PSU is under 250w. The one I am attempting to install is 850w. Would this pose any problems for me?
