Alright, so I found a similar post down around here that has similar problems to mine, and he provided a link to actually what looks like my problem would be.

I believe it to be "Artifacts". This only occurs when I play 3D games. I need help on how to fix this. I installed the latest drivers using the "How to install drivers" page. I just took out my card and cleaned it up and dusted off the fan. I'm going to see how it works now, but if this is a known issue, please help me. I cannot play like this any longer.
I use an AMD Athelon 64 3400+ Processer, and I use a GeForce 6600 Videocard.
