Default 375 power supply enough?

latly i have been have trouble with just about eveything in my computer, and it wont let me overclock, could this be because i have a 375 power supply? specs are in sig, for the xps 400

mobo-Dell Dell DXP051
CD Drive-sony dvd-rom DDU1615, philips DVD+-RW DVD8701
video-nVIDIA Geforce 7800ght 256mb

LAPTOP: old and broken looking for new one
pts2800 is offline

Dell locks the bios of the motherboard. You wont be able to overclock it.
