3 hd's and cd drive

hi, i just recently bought a new harddrive, but the problem was getting it to show up (like under my computer). i tried swiching the jumpers on it, but no success. what i have is, my normal two hardrives hooked up, the master and the slave, then i have the second ribbon with the hard drive & cd drive. i have the cd drive on the grey connector (slave) and the hd on the black (master). i think its the jumper settings, could anyone help me?

i also configured the bios, and tried manage from my computer, but it doesnt show up there.
