I'm using Everest ultimate and it's giving me the same readouts as ASUS Probe. I don't know why everyone is bashing ASUS probe...

Anyways, I think the people over there didn't think you mean to unplug and plug them back in, I know I didn't. :$

lol yea the 3.3 v is low but that may be the Tool itself .What does it read in BIOS

Those guys there don't sound too smart. Turn off comp, pull power cable, press power button. Unplug 24 pin and clean. Plug back in and run.
