Default 2004 eMachines Desktop moving on to Lubuntu 18.06 32bit

This bad piece o' hardware is rockin that good old Athlon XP +3200, but you know with all that raw power I can get the damn thing to stay on. Also before anyone attempts to argue my previous statement I'm kidding, but still cant get it to stay on during installation. A random moments, anything from the moment I push the power button to the moment I hit enter the install os option, the pc will seemingly shut off, now it's still running but almost in standby. I'll include pictures of the bios if that'll help but theres not much else I can provide. Also I included the error code I sometimes get when i push enter to select the install option.IMG_20180819_011458_960.jpegIMG_20180819_015459_660.jpegIMG_20180819_015512_135.jpegIMG_20180819_015518_724.jpegIMG_20180819_014707_117.jpeg

Sounds like a kernel issue with your hardware and Spectre mitigations.
