recently i've noticed that my fan seems slower and a few weeks later it completely stopped and it is hard to move it even with my hands. then i tried pushing it abit and turning then it seems to spin properly. could this be dust near the motor? i tried cleaning the blades of the fan but it was still preventing from spinning fast.
