10.9 v on the 12 v rail?

I noticed I am getting 10.9 volts on the 12 volt rail on my PSU. I figured that may be part of my 7800 stability problems. I ordered a new Antec PSU, and its comming next week. While im waiting though, would it be alright to keep using my PC, or should I just hold off until my new PSU comes in.

i would say it should be alright. if your psu was providing higher voltages it might be a problem that could cause damage but lower SHOULD only cause stability problems

10.9...........are you basing that off a voltege meter on the comp? If so I wouldn't trust that because if your computer was actually running that I'd think it be shutting down on you...that's almost 10% fluctuation and at most they are designed up to 5% normal....and even within 5% problems can occur....multimeter is the only way to go to truly check these voltages, but I guess you'll find out soon enough once the new PSU arrives
