yes it will, but it goes from like i dont know a sickening amount of years to more years you'll ever need until u upgrade. Don't worry.

The 2.2 to 2.4 won't shorten the lifespan, unless u bring up the voltage. Don't worry.

dont get that monitor..save 40 bucks and get the viewsonic vx922. plus it has a better response time. 2MS!!!!!!!!!
