Good build, probably could change the cooler.

Where are you buying from?

Why get 4850 1 gig? Won't that hurt performance? Or is that just with the 8800GT's?

That applies with all GPU's except the HD 2900XT and the older 8800GTS' because they had a large enough memory interface to address it

for the price of that 1gb HD 4850, you can get an HD 4870..

I don't think its the interface, sure it can't use it, but that shouldn't lower the performance. denser memory usually have higher latency and thats what probably made it slower.

I'd get the 4870 instead of the 4850.

something you should know about the Antec Three Hundred, i have it but the reset button is a lil annoying to press and if you press it too hard you'll break the spring mechanism that makes it stay out.

Antec Nine Hundred
Corsair 750w
OCZ Repear 2x2gb ddr2 800
HD4870
P5Q Pro
E8500
WD 640gb
LG Drive is fine...
I'm not sure what cooler to recommend.
That's about $1,000 and is an awesome gaming computer.
