Default yet another build help thread

I was looking at building a computer in the price range of ~$600-800 with some flexibility (possibly up to $1000). As for needs I would like to be able to play SCII when it comes out although high settings graphics settings are not a must. I do realize that system req's for SCII arn't out but I hope that gives a bit of an idea of what I'm looking for.

So far the I've only really researched processors and I was looking at the E6750 for around $210 (ncix b/c I live in canada and newegg doesn't ship up here). I was also looking for 2GB ram and a 500GB hard drive.

Your help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Edit: From what I've read the new intel core 2 duo have a cost to performance ratio than AMD but I am open to opinions. Also I am planning on overclocking atleast a little and would like a build that handles that reasonably well.

I went boxingday shopping and got some good deals.

Memory: Patriot 2GB Extreme Performance DDR2 PC2-6400 Low Latency Dual Channel Kit (2 x 1GB) $30
Motherboard: Gigabyte S series GA-945P-S3 $45 (open box)
Video Card: XFX Geforce 8600 GT 512MB DDR2 PCI-E $90
Case: Antec New Solution Series NSK4480B Mini Tower, Black w/ EarthWatts 380W $55

Now the only thing I wasn't sure about was the case because 380W didn't seem like much and I've read the built in PSU sucked.

don't get the mobo its outdated
get an Abit IP35
also that gfx card is very week
get an 8800gt 256mb
and your not going to want a mini tower they have very bad airflow
go for a large mid-tower or full tower
