I'd say the Geforce. Just by personal preference. I'm pretty sure they're alot better as well.

What's wrong with the 6800? It's a good mid end card.

However make sure your board can fit PCI-E cards as well. And your 6800 is a bit odd because it only has 128 meg of ram and most except some Asus had 256 as well as weird PCB and weird connectors. I am assuming this is the Personal Cinema card due to these facts.
