Default Xp Pro

I was wondering if there was any disadvantage to buying Windows XP Pro OEM.
Also I found this site with XP Pro for almost half the price of Newegg. Has anyone bought from them before? Is it a good company?

They are Dell OEMs. "Only available with a new Dell PC"

They take the keys and CDs that came with Dell PCs. Most companies use all Windows 2000 so they have nothing to do with XP.

So are you saying that they are selling Windows 2000, not XP?

No. Don't get that, it will be XP, but it will have Dell advertisements built into the OS. Get it from newegg:

It would be more expensive if it were 2000, thats a server OS.

Where/when exactly will these show up? Any idea? I could deal with a couple of ad's for that price. Buying multiple OS's proves quite costly. And yes, I'm stingy.
