I just recently got an Xfi Xtreme Music in the mail. I was soo excited, i put it im my comp.. started it up, and bam, my problem

Everything looks horrible on my screen, it slows down, the color is in like 4bit instead of 32bit, and of course a lower resolution..
I thought maybe if i installed the drivers the computer would be back to normal once i reboot.

SYKE... it still does the same thing, as soon as i take the sound card out it works perfectly and everything is back to normal!

WTF! I WANT TO HEAR THAT X-FI SOUND!

Is it defective, did i do something wrong?

My specs:
Abit as8v Motherboard
Pentium 4 @ 3.0
6800gs
1gb ram

Ok so get this... i go into the device manager and i double click on my graphics card.. it says

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

So basically by disabling or disconnecting my xfi, the graphics card will function properly

EDIT: I also did some research on google and found out that its sharing IRQ or whatever, basically kinda sharing the same pci port with my graphics card :O

WHAT THE ****

How the *** can i fix this?
