Default Xeon Processor Question

Ok so im building a new dual processor system with a supermicro X7DAE motherboard
and now it comes down to the processor...I dont have a rediculous of money to spend on processors. I am going to start off with 1 processor and im debating
This computer is going to be for a workstation NOT for a server
here is what i have come down to for the processors...if anyone has any suggestions for anything else please let me know.

Intel Xeon 5110 Woodcrest 1.6GHz Socket 771 2U Passive Processor

Intel Xeon 5050 Dempsey 3.0GHz Socket 771 Processor

The 5110 has a 1066FSB but w/ no hyperthreadinng and a lower frequency...and the 5050 has a higher frequency, hyperthrreading but it is only 667FSB

what im asking is the higher FSB worth sacrificing hyperthreading and operating frequency?
