Default x850xt vs 7900GS or GT, how much performance boost

Hello, I am going to upgrade from a x850xt to a 7900GS or GT.
I was wondering if it is worth it. How much of an increase in performance might I expect, and is it worth upgrading.

Thanks

The 7900GS is better than the X850XT. Obviously the GT is the best out of the three.

I know its better.
I am just asking is it that much better to justify an upgrade?

O yeah and I'm almost positive I'm going to get the GT instead of the GS

Oh sorry about that. I thought you were deciding between those three. But if you got the money, go for it.
