ati tools shows 621MHZ and 900MHZ. same as trotter.

i dunno if this is normal or not but when i have ati tool and everest running at the same time. everest reads it as 621MHZ overclocked 24%.. but i havent touched the sliders on ATI tool.. is this normal?

oooo... i just realized something. the 500mhz and 594mhz mem is 2D mode the 3D mode is 621MHZ and 900MHZ mem.

okay.. now im worried about something else. what is safe temperatures for the x1950xt? because mines idles at 56-60C and goes to around 90C+ full load. i saw it hit 90C and i stopped it. the temperature was still raising when i stopped it.

wow....90c is pretty up there. I heard, of it's fan not running at 100%. You can use ATI Tool to run the fan at 100%. Or you can add another side intake case fan, to further cool it down.

ummm. i have my fan running at 90% and temperatures are at 74C full load. but its freaking loud....

At least those are better load temps. What you could do is, add another side intake case fan. That should help lower it a bit, while keeping your GPU fan at like 70% to reduce noise.
