Saw one for 120 bucks, does that sound like a good deal. I know nothing about ATI cards 256mb version

Ask b1gapl, he has one . What I know is that the PRO version is a lot less Overclockable then the XT/XTX editions.

The pro regardless of its low overclockability is still a very fast card for the price. Stock it's faster than a 7900GT and after minor overclocking you can get some really good performance out of it.
