x1900xt help

is this normal?

i just installed my x1900xt, and i was looking around in the settings and i want to know if this is normal, does this have anything to do with the core speed (625mhz) and the memory speed (1450mhz) ??

Well what is that first pic a screenshot of? Cause if its Windows it dosent normaly show correct speeds anyways. It dosent show my XTX properly at all.
