X1900GT, better value than the 7900GT?

Selling for around £120 at Overclockers, around £30-80 less than a 7900GT depending on which variant; and with reviews putting it on par in most areas with the 7900GT, is the x1900GT better value for money?

Has anyone had any experiences with this card? Thoughts?

If you overclock, then the 7900GT would probably be the better option. I don't know how well the X1900GT overclocks. If no overclocking is involved, then definitally the X1900GT for that kind of money.

So a 7950gt will be equal to the price as the 7900gt, I thought it be around the same price range as the 1950 by ati,

WHen is the release date on the 7950gt, I want it before company of heros comes out. Is there any garuntees?

i'm pretty sure you have to voltmod to get the 7900GT to beat the x1900... even then i've seen an article that calculates the output of a 7900 if you oc it vs. ocing a x1900... the x1900 will still beat the oc'ed 7900 according to the article... this is just hearsay though

im preaty shure the 790 gt beats the x1900gt because it is slower then the x1900xt and that is 7900 gts direct competirtor teh 7900 gt is on a diferent preformence lvl and u wont get a 7950 for same price as a 7900gt it about 299 more expensive then the 7900gt and that is canadian i know because i just bougth a 7900gt very satisfied exept it was a defect

God you're difficult to understand Anyway, he wasn't talking about the 7950GX2, he was talking about the 7950GT that I believe is coming out in a short while.
