the most important thing is the core speed and your a good deal on the way there. you may need to volt mod the card to be able to get the gpu higher. i wouldn't expect much more out of the memory.

Can you tell me how to volt mod my video card ?

I have 6600 and I want to overclock it to 6600GT speeds

Also, is there a risk if I volt mod the card ?
