X-Fi or ZS?

I'm in the market for a sound card, and wondering what the advantages were when getting an X-Fi XtremeMusic over a Audigy 2 ZS. If there isn't a big advantage or benefit, I'd rather get the ZS, seeing as it's $100 cheaper where I live.

If anyone has these speakers:

Logitech X-530 and Z-4.

I'd like to know what you think of them, what kind of sound they produce, build quality, and if they give surround sound.

i dont know about the other one but the x-530 should be 5 channel surround as logitech uses the first number to denote the number of speakers. i would take the x-fi or live with onboard sound. you have a LanParty don't you? the LanParty's onboard sound is pretty decent so i really wouldn't upgrade for anything less than an x-fi.

So, do you think I shoulds ay $250 and stay with onboard sound and get some X-530s? Or get an X-Fi and the X-530s? I'd rather save $250 to be honest, but if I need to spend that much to get my moneys worth out of those speakers I will.

i would stick with the onboard sound. i'm not entirely sure but i think the ultra-d even has an sp-dif digital output for surround sound and if those speakers are digital that will be more than adequate
