X-fi Fatal1ty Sound Card Help

Ok My Tj-09 case has two ports in the front, one mic, and one headphone jack. As far as I know the only cables provided are the ones already connected, and those are the HD Audio cable and the AC-97 cable... Either of these cables connect to the x-fi? Or anyway to make them connect?
