Wtf?!

Ok so uh, I went and bought the PC whose specs I posted here.

I asked for a 7600GS. In the end, after the billing, the guy found he didnt have that card in stock.

So he flips through his pages, and finds a better card closest in price.

He gave me a PX8500 GT.

How does this compare to the 7600Gs?

It says that this is Dx10 compatible, blah blah

It is designed for media centre use and light gaming so won't be fantastic but around the same performance slightly better

Wrong...the 8500GT is more like a 7300GT Dx10 card or not. It has only 32 shaders I believe as opposed to the GT and GTS's 64. It's a very entry level card not designed for gaming really but rather a desktop PC looking for a minor upgrade and wanting Dx10.
