Can i hit 3.0 ghz on the e4300 with stock cooling and this mushkin pc2-6400 RAM with Asus P5N-E nForce 650i SLI without increasing the voltage.... and would it be stable?

3ghz yes, stock cooling not sure probably not, ram yes, mobo yes, increasing voltage i think you gotta raise it a little for it to be stable.

ok can i expect any price drops on anything by the end of this month?

doubt it but im not exactly sure
just wait a while to you get more money and get an aftermarket cooler
with stock you will still get a good voerclock and really good performance

Some E4300s will reach 3.0ghz on stock cooling but don't count on it (really doubt it on stock voltage though) . I would just get an Freezer 7 for $20..

There should be some decent price drops on graphics card by the end of the months. CPUs, mobos should stay about the same and memory should drop a bit more too.

id be careful dude, you might wanna get sdome massive cooling for 3.0 on a e4300.

Yes...that would make it more stable. Also like mrfluffles, a cheap Freezer 7 Pro, will handle the overclock nicely.

when i buy it i will need serious help oc'ing it!! would i also need to mess with FSBs???
