You're not going to get anything worthwhile for 100 bucks unless you can score some super used deals. There is a guy here selling a quad Xeon, board, ram, and heat sink for $85. That's a start.

So i just bought it off craigslist for 100$ i cant complain, i found out this is ancient though. The motherboard is a 754 asus ASUS K8N 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250 ATX AMD Motherboard - Newegg.com.
Theres no available upgrade so I upped my budjet and getting motherboard, and cpu combo.Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!
Its the best I can do on my budjet, i'm planning on getting a gpu soon though.
