Would any of these drives benefit from a SATA III connection on my motherboard?

I've been trying to find the answer, but the answers on the Internet are hardly definitive, and sometimes even contradictory.
(I'm leaning towards “no” or “maybe like 2%”.)

Intel X25-M 80GB SSD – Generation 2 – N82E16820167027
WD1500HLFS Velociraptor 150GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
Western Digital VelociRaptor WD6000HLHX 600GB 10000 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

Thank you.

Re: Would any of these drives operate faster plugged into SATA III connection on mobo

Most mechanical HDD's will not. I have the WD Caviar Black 640GB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s drive and it is much faster than other drives but I doubt it is really SATA III performance.

If anything the PC to cache speed will be SATA III so small file writes will be fast but the drive will need idle time to empty the cache onto the disk.

Is the drive you mention connected to a SATA III or SATA II interface?

Which of the other drives I listed would it be faster than, by your estimation?
