Worth waiting for..

I was planning on building a new computer soon.. Q6600, Corsair 650tx, 2GB ocz reapers, EP35-DS3L, and an 8800GTS G92.

So the GT260 and GT280 will be launching around the 17th or so, should I expect a price drop in the 8800GTS G92? Im wondering because if its 11 days I can wait to get a better deal, but if there isnt an expected price drop I may as well order up the parts today.

Usually when a new graphics card comes out alot of times I see price decreases in the older ones. There might not be a price drop immediately though.

you need to wait until the new cards start decreasing

your going to have to give it a month or so after the new cards are out for the current ones to decrease.

However i would like to add that the new cards may still be a better buy than the current ones now for the same price when they come out.

But I don't think he can get one of those for around the same price as the current price of the GTS g92
