Are you running push/pull on your CPU? How hot is your CPU getting under load? My H100i holds my CPU under 70c quite easily.
Running 4.5ghz 1.24v CPU under full load getting in the low 90's

No push pull configuration

Half your problem right there. Head over to Newegg and get yourself some TX-2 or MX-4.

You running the fans on high?
