Default worth upgrading my 4770k or no?

hey guys i saw new cpus on the market and i want to know is it worth the upgrade for example to the new 5820k cpu i always like to stay on top of technology just dont know if its worth the upgrade now
please let me know what you think

Unless you video edit/render, transcode daily or for a living, do 3D work, ect, or all of the above having 6 cores is pointless. *points at sig* Trust me, I know.

I wouldn't unless you have a heatsink or waterblock that can compensate for the extra space otherwise they won't touch.

H100I tightens down enough for the IHS. I think you need a shim or something with a delid. If you want my educated opinion, don't bother. It's not really worth it. Either drop your OC or buy a better cooling setup.

The closest thing to custom water would be the Swiftech H220x or if you can find it the H240x.

Are you running push/pull on your CPU? How hot is your CPU getting under load? My H100i holds my CPU under 70c quite easily.
