Default Worth it to Upgrade?

I can upgrade from my 8800GTS 512 to a 9800GTX for no cost to myself. Is there any evidence that they clock higher or generally perform better than the GTS? I don't want to go through the effort if it's not going to have any benefit.

Kind of a stupid question but time is a factor, I'd have to deal with selling the old card and obtaining the new one. Just want to know if it would be worth the time and effort.

Thanks!

PS Links to 9800 GTX overclocks appreciated.

Well, I pulled the trigger!

I know we aren't supposed to post eBay listings on this forum at all, but I listed my old card (A 8800GTS 512MB eVga) for 150 (200 Buy it Now). PM me for the listing, I'd like one of you guys to get the good deal. If this is a violation of the rules please just delete this post.
