ya I meant off the internet. I have *****y download rates, so that would just be out of the question for me

so General you can just get the vista beta OS on disc for 6 bucks, then you would just run it as l a secondary operating system in like multi booting or somethin?

I guess you could multi-boot, but I dunno. I just unplugged my harddrives and plugged my spare in and installed it there.

I created a 2nd partition then ran the vista setup and chose that partition to install it on. When turning on your pc you get an option to load windows xp or windows vista.

No, your card isn't a DX10 card so it wouldn't matter anyway.

I'm sure they would have a "basic" version gpu the same time the high end stuff comes out

some people say around nov...others around feb....it's so speculative you shouldn't even worry about it
