Default "Windows- No Disk" problem Windows X64

I have Windows x64 and whenever I put my 512mb usb flash drive in my computer it shows the "Windows- No Disk." Also, when I put my SD card in my card reader it comes up. Does anyone else have this problem? Can you guys please help?

I wish I knew that before I got Windows x64. But now that I have it, is there any way to fix it? Also, all of a sudden, my internet is not displaying correctly. It displays in code and won't even work sometimes. Can anyone please help?

What do you think I'm made of money? I'm a working class citizen like most of you and I can't afford buying Windows XP after I already bought x64 for $150. Are there any solutions that don't involve money?
