Windows Install-Raid Driver

Installing windows on new build, 2HDD in raid 0 setup with Nvidia array. Made a flop disk via Mobo "Make Disc" feature and windows comes up with "Corrupted File" after hitting f6. Any ideas? Its an older version of windows think "Dell Version" idk, friends comp im just putting it together for him.

Did you try making the driver disk again with another floppy disk? or even trying another floppy drive? Floppys=the devil.

It is reading the floppy though? Check your floppy cable too... the only mistake I made on my first build was putting the floppy cable in upside down, which led to 2 days of figuring out why my RAID drivers wouldn't load...
double check the hardware, all cables correct and whatnot?
