Default Will these heatsinks work with a Core 2 duo.

I was wondering if these two heatsinks will work with a Core 2 duo processor and which one is the best buy.

Yes they both will.

I highly recommend the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

ive heard good things about both
my friend has gotten his E6600 to 3.7GHz with the Zalman with good temps

What the? Seriously? Will the Artic Cooling Freezer 7 get it that high? I mean temperatures might be different unless you have a really good airflow.
