It's basically the same as the other mobo just a few differences... Will it work?

The PRO main features are mainly for overclocking. If youre not overclocking, it'll be fine.

I'm confused here. My parts are gonna get here today but I've been looking around the internet and I've heard a lot about Thermal Paste. Now... I've never even heard of this stuff. But do I need it? Like, how necessary is it?
