Question will this psu power my system?

ok im in need of a psu i do lots of heavy overclocking and dont have much money so i need a stable quality powersupply. this one here seems perfect, and another plus its modular, and its chrome! the whole led fan thing doesnt matter to me, all tho it is nice to have them. would that psu listed below power my system??

For under 80$ there is no better.

Edit: there is no modular and good Power supply for under 80.
