Do you have a fan in the side panel? I have a good 1" between my heatsink and panel.

No, I tried to mount a fan on the sidepanel and it defnitely wouldn't fit then, it was blocked by the HSF. How did you do yours? Here is a pic of mine:

what case did you use for your q6600 build?

I used a cooler master elite. Great little case, cheap and solid. Not big enough for an Ultra 120 though.
