Default Will i need a new heatsink

I was wondering would i need a new heatsink for the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor or can i use the one it comes with keep in mind im doing only minimal OC and my motherboard is a ASUS Striker extreme.

Minimal O/C on stock cooling could work.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
