Yes you will be able to run all of those games at very good settings. Many people here including myself would suggest to build the computer yourself rather than buy it pre-built. It will save you a ton of money and you will most likely get better quality parts. It's very easy and actually pretty fun!

Presumably because whatever PC service he's using doesn't give Windows 7 as an option.
