Will an Antec earthwatts EA380 380W ATX12V v2.0 Fit in an Dell Dimension 8200?

I look at the dimensions and they are basically .01 awway from eachother, Just asking if this would work.

yeh that will fit like a glove, PSU's in general have some what standard sizes for the relative wattages
