Default Will duo core/8800GTS work fine with a TT 500W PSU?

Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 (rev 3.3) mobo
Intel E6420 Core Duo 2.13 Ghz
Crucial 1gb DDR2 667mhz ram
eVGA 8800GTS 320mb ddr3 gfx
Seagate 160gb SATAII hdd
lite-on cd-rw drive
cooler master cavalier case
Thermaltake 500W PSU (Newegg.com - Thermaltake Purepower W0100RU ATX 12V 2.0 500W Power Supply 115/230 V UL, CUL, TUV, FCC, and CB certification - Retail)

i know watts aren't that important, but will that PSU be able to handle the computer?

thanks

Definitely not a problem, I'm running my setup on a 500watt.

350 watts would be enough for that system. So you're good like everyone else has mentioned.
