I've heard good things about that PSU but there are 20+ reviews saying that it blew up on people so it scares me.

Tomshardware... although some might think their articles are crap, did a long PSU stress test on a ton of popular models. The Seasonic 600w not only passed with flying colors, but it proved to be extremely quiet, about 83% efficient, ran cool and had extremely solid rails.

I've always been a big fan of PCP&C PSU's but after see what that seasonic is capable of for more then $75 less then PCP&C's 500w turbo-cool, it's not a hard decision.

The seasonic could use some serious "modders" touch though. I'd spend a few long hours sleeving those wires... Making it a kick azz PSU.

That 600W SeaSonic looks nice. But I just wanted to make sure that case would house two of those monster cards and have plenty of air flow. Here is the rest of my build...

RAM: Mushkin eXtreme Performance 2GB DDR 500
HD's: WD Raptor 74GB 10,000 RPM added to my WD 200GB
VC: evga 7800GTX 512mb
SC: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi

What do you guys think? Not that I'd ever need to SLI 2 of those cards, but I wanted to make sure they would fit because I like options. I'll be OC'ing the CPU, RAM, and VC. Do you think that case will stay cool with some extra fans and this...

I think the XP-90 or 120 is a better heatsink then that, Maybe someone else has better insight on heatsinks.
