Default Will this card fit good into my build?

Ok, so I've been waiting to get my new video card and im getting a pretty fat check tomorrow and i wanted to pick up a videocard this weekend. I'm trying to spend NO MORE than $250. My goal is to spend around $200-$225. I was thinking about getting an 8800gt and I saw this one for relatively cheap on newegg.

Newegg.com - XFX PVT88PUDF4 GeForce 8800GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

What do you guys think? Is it pretty good for the price? I was also wondering it says pci-Express 2.0. What's the difference between that and pci-E x16?

pci-e 2.0 is nothing to worry about yet
it will work fine on your mobo as long as you have x16
i would get it

Alright I think i might go for it, but how much of an increase in performance will i see compared to my x1800gto? Also this is the 256mb version, but do you think it can still hold its own like the rest of the 8800gt's?

On toms hardware theres benchmarks showing that it beats the 8800gts 320mb, imagine that.

Edit: it was actually this website, check it out
