SATA150 Raptors use SATA150/SATA2 interfaces, not ATA.

As long as the motherboard has one of those, it should work.

will this work then it says SATA 3.0/GB is a NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

yea, the 680i is sata 3.0gb/s, should work just fine.
