No, you need at least a 450 Watt power supply or greater (preferably), 30 Amps on 12 volt rail.

If my 430W can hold up my system listed in my banner then the 400W will hold up yours. Just check the AMPs to see. Usually any PSU with an AMP rating of 30+ is a pretty good PSU but then that's only if the brand is a trusted one.

if so, how do I read that correctly?
