Default Why is this HDD have a sub-par rating?

I just built a computer with the following HDD:

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive

It is a WD Black edition with 750GB and 7200rpm. When I look at my Microsoft rating (1-7.9 max) everything is 7.5+ while my HDD is only 5.9. Is it because it is "only" 750GB, or b/c it is 7200rpm or b/c it is not a SSD?

Thanks for the input in advance, inquiring minds want to know.

Bercause its only a 7200 hard drive.

You will need a ssd to get a killer rating.
