Where should I start?

Well, for starters it's old and on top of that an old pre-built PSU. The likelihood it could fail easily is high just on that alone.

Also, being old and OEM it could also be somewhat proprietary.

OEMs typically try to use the cheapest junk they can get ahold of to barely power the machine they are going in to save a few bucks. Never good to put something that old into a brand new machine.
 
Ok. Thanks a ton for the input. I will be getting another desktop soon, it is a little newer, 2004 I think. I will inform you of what that is then. Again, thanks so much!!
 
The Ram is a good choice, Great timing and price, I went team but had issues and rma's it and the different brand I got had the same issue, Turned out it was my MB was in need of the RMA.... I spent more and have the exact same voltage and timing on my ram. Team is good ram.
