Default where should I put my swap file?

I have 2 160gb ata100 7200rpm drives in raid 0 but I also have a 250gb ata100 7200rpm drive. Where would be the best place to put the swap file and should I make a partition for it?

Swap file for what? I put my Adobe swap on any drive, as long as it's not on the same drive as the software using it. For OS? Put it on a different drive other than the software home drive.

A separate partition isn't necessary, but I do it purely for organization.

Just leave the swap file in the main drive.
